200 watt neo therm heater issues

Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone else is having trouble with their neo therm heaters? i reached my hand into my sump and got a pretty good zap. after doing a little online research i have found that there have been a few people that actually have had these heaters fill their homes with smoke and melt. it seems to only be with the 200 watt version of this heater. the production date on the powercord was 10/2013. just wondering if im the only one on here with these issues or anyone was having trouble. thanks, dan

Can't say I have one but that sounds really disappointing and pretty dangerous. Hope you get your money back.
