29 Gallon Lighting

I am looking to start a 29 gallon long tank build. I believe the dimensions on the tank are 30x12x18.

This is for my 2nd office tank so I am not needing any moon lights as I will be home at night. I was thinking a 4 blub t5ho fixture with a 2 10k white and 2 blue combo.

I found a 30" 250w MH/T5HO combo with moonlight also.

I am hoping that I can get something that is affordable yet won't restrict my coral options.
