4' or 5' PC lights for a 72 inch long 125 gallon Tank

Hello to all,...

i am looking to get hamilton PC lights.
i have a 6 foot 125 gallon tank. what size lights should i get,..
the 4 footers or the 5 footer Power Compact lights ?

these lights will put out about 384 watts

IMO need need lights to cover the whole 6' so if they dont sell 6' PC get the 5'. Do you plan on corals or is this a FO tank? Have you thought about VHO?
Also 384 is not that much light in a 125 if your going reef.
 
I have never seen PC bulbs longer than 3' I belive your thinking of VHO or maybe T-5 in that lengh.
 
Aqua Traders has some really great deals on both PC & MH in 72”. They aren’t name brand lights but a heck of a lot cheaper.

If you are doing FO then the PC would be fine.
