5" Bubble Stone

I just got a 5" round stone bubbler
it only bubbles around the adges
no bubbles in middle
anyone else have this
is this the way its suppos to be?
anyone have video of how they should be if it is defective

I have one, but with led.s in the middle. Its pretty cool, I suggest a gang valve regualator though, the bubbles in a ring like that seem to make an upward spiral current, and it upset my fish pretty bad

its a dual outlet.
if I take 2 air outlets and t them into 1, will this work you think
the pump is walmart aqua culture 20 - 60
