55 Gallon Lighting

I have a 55 gallon reef tank. I have been using lights that I had originally purchased for a 90 gallon tank. I have 2 250 watt 14,000k's, and 4 actinics at 54 watts a piece. The lights are set about 6 inches above the tank and I have only been running the MH's. If I lift the lights another inch or two, do you think I would be okay running the actinics along with the MH's?

I have about 13 watts per gallon.
