75 gallon acrylic - how much to offer

Hi, usually a lurker here, but I found a 75 gallon acrylic on craigslist and the guy wants people to make an offer. It looks (from as much as I can see in the picture) like it's in good shape, has its stand and is pre-drilled. I want to go up a size from my 55 gallon. Any idea about the value? Checking online new ones seem pretty pricey and I don't want to send a horrible low ball offer, but I don't want to pay more than I have to. I've only had glass tanks but like the idea of having a lighter one. Honestly I'll probably just set up a new tank and keep the 55, much to my hubby's dismay.

Any help is appreciated.
