84 degrees with coral

Can come one please help me and give me advice to lower the temp in my water because it is 84 degrees and i have coral

Fans blowing across the water's surface or purchase a chiller.

so if i put a fan it will go back down to 79

There's no way to determine that until you try it and see. The evaporation created by the fan blowing over should cool the tank, but how much is a mystery until you try it. How big of a tank is it?
