About how much would it cost to DiY a nano LED fixture?

I'm looking into a mr. aqua cube or an even smaller pico aquarium for my first reef. I'm curious as to just how much a diy LED fixture is going to run me. I'm thinking I'll want to use a total of about 6-8 3watt CREES for this project. Any ideas?
