acrylic tank??

ok this may sound dumb but my new 110gal the front bows out?? is that normal i am used to glass tanks and they dont do that!

.. is there any support framing around it? how much bow is there?

the top is well support, and it is only noticeable because it has a kinda magnified (like a bow front you have to look at it just right to see the bow!!

It's normal. I have a 180 gallon made of 3/8" plexi it bows maybe 3/16". My other 180 is made of 1/2" plexi it bows about 1/8". I'll bet the glass tanks bow some too.

Thanks, i just filled it up to make sure that the pluming didn't leak now i can fill it with saltwater!!

Sounds like a bow front aquarium to me. I love the magnified look they give.
