Acura 1000 heater - Submersible?

Acquired a 65g hex tank yesterday, included with it was an Acura 1000 250 watt heater. Anyone have any experience with them? My main question is can it be fully submerged? It does have a "minimum water level" marking on it but not a maximum mark like my Fluval has.
