Advice on Overflow box

Last thing I need to setup my new 110g is an overflow box. Tank is not drilled so I have to use one.

Using a Quiet One 5000 for my return from my 40 gal sump.
Max flow 1330 gph
10.80 ft Max head

What size of overflow would any of you recommend?
Should I go with something around 1300gph or 1000 or 1400???

Around 1200 gph would be fine. Once you figure in head loss, the pump won't be doing 1330 gph.
