Just thought i would let you guys know i've learned an important lesson in patience!
Yesterday i mixed up instant ocean and water, and by lastnight i had a SG reading of 1.024. I was going to go get Live Rock and Aragonite today, but decided to take one more reading before i left the house. Good thing i did, because my SG had climbed through the roof over night! It was at least 1.030 or greater, that's where my hydrometer stops.
Just a reminder to all beginners out there, like myself, to take your time and make sure it's right.
