Air noise in RO/DI system

I have a BRS 75gpd system that I just installed the 150gpd upgrade to. If you watch this video, you'll hear a lot of what appears to be air in the line, specifically, from the first RO membrane waste output (that feeds the 2nd membrane).

Even when the auto shut off is engaged, the noise persists, only stopping if I shut off the supply. Has anyone else had this problem, and what can I do to fix it?

Update, the noise only appears when the product water container is full...for some reason, manually lifting the float valve doesn't have the same effect, or i'm just not holding it shut long enough.

Anyway, it's annoying....
