Any thoughts on these LEDS?

24" 30 LED Moonlight Aquarium Moon Light & Power Supply - (eBay.ca item 330278992501 end time 22-Oct-08 23:00:00 EDT)

They look good for the price. I mean, 5 LED Strip Bar at BigAls cost 50$ this is for 30 LEDS at about 50$.

Any thoughts?

That looks like a pretty good deal to me. I'm not a fan of having that much light on during the night on my tank. I have 4 LEDs that I mounted in my canopy. If that is what you like then I say go for it.

there's the catch....the beam is only 20 inches long. depending on the length of your tank, you may need two kits.

what makes it a good deal, to me, is the fit and finish.

I purchased one a few months ago. it is great but mine was not sealed well on the ends and the moisture got in it and coroted a few wires i replaced them and sealed it and it works great now. Just make sure you check the seals on the end when you get it!!
