I bought mine on eBay. The one I got is ATC and IMO that's critical. I can't imagine having to temp compensate to calc the salinity. The one I got was from the seller instrumentsdepot. Fast turn around time, easy to read, has an optical adjustment so that I can bring the readings into focus. I like it. I presume it is accurate. Found out my salt was .004 higher than I thought I was keeping it at. Ooops.
I got mine from saltwaterfish.com. It is ATC (Automatic Temperature Calibration...I think), and works very well for me. I thought it to be a good deal at $50.
