Anyone use Cascade filters?

Ive never heard of this brand until I went to the Pet store the other day and was wondering if anyone uses these and how if they work well. Im interested in getting one in the near future.

The only cascade filters I sell go in a pond. They eighter create a fountain or a waterfall. A little loud for me at 3 o'clock in the morning.

Really? I would assume if the water level was high enough you wouldn't have the water fall sound

Made by Penn Plax. Don't know anything about them but did find a user review of the Cascade canister filter.

I use Cascade Canister filters on my service accounts. They are very cheap to buy and i have never had a problem. They are kind of loud though so if you need it silent i would go with an Eheim. They do not come with media though.
