I was wondering if anyone here (because you guys are the best) could help me program my ATO on my apex.
I have the switches setup and my ATO functions. The problem is that it constantly functions. I'd prefer it to only be able to turn on and off within a set time of day while the rest of the day it's off..hopefully to combat excessive wear on my aqualifter.
My float switches turn the pump ON in the down position and OFF when floating.
My program so far:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Outlet Sump1 = ON Then ON
(Main water level of return pump reservoir - low switch)
If Outlet Sump2 = On Then OFF
(High level float switch as a backup in case the low level fails)
Defer 002:00 Then ON
(I heard it was better overall for the outlet and pump to have this?)
Min Time 010:00 Then OFF
My ATO tends to run multiple times a day so I'm trying to figure out how and where to enter a command to only allow it to run maybe between 10am-12pm and then maybe 8pm-10pm. I also don't have the Internet for the house yet so I'm using the AquaController to do my programming. Also if someone has a better idea for programming I would love to hear it. This is all very new to me
