Want to know if this is a good product? (API proper ph 8.2)??? My ph level is low that's why..

How low? Chemicals are just plain bad to use, you could be chasing a ph number forever. lol

Messing with water params is risky at best. If you change the PH with chemicals, they will rebound to original values, usually within 24 hrs. or so.
Check the KH of your water, and if its low, use crushed oyster shell, or a saltwater substrate to raise it.
