It's on my planted cube. I just made a quick video of the 110's hopefully it will shed light on how the flow really doesn't change.

Here's the AC110 video. I had to whisper as the wife is sick and the son is sleeping. Hope it helps

Thanks a million, Dino, for those videos! You were hysterical on the Fluval one; can totally tell you're from the Empire State...lol...I still haven't lost my Long Isle accent...

With regard to the 110 video, yeah, I can see the lack of difference between the low and high settings with regard the flow -- exactly what I'm experiencing. Sorry to hear about your son's high fever, too; I ran DEATHLY high fevers when I was a kid, and sometimes still do...scares the crap out of my wife...

And LOL -- "Dante! Come say hi to YouTube!"

Anyway, I did notice, though, that I get a tremendously stronger ripple with my 110 on my 60 gallon across the surface of the water as compared to your 110s on your tank -- how high do you keep the water level of the tank?

The C4 looks like a really nice HOB, and I may try one of them one day; so you find the flow is very different between LOW and HIGH on the Fluval? Should I just keep my 110 in the middle somewhere with regard to the flow being that I just can't see a difference?

Haha yeah I still have my New York accent lol. Glad you liked the videos. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Fluval C4!!! It broke in and is nice and quite now. It's my number one choice for HOB's but they don't make bigger ones so.... The C4 is like the AC70. They need to make one like the 110.

And yes there is a very noticeable change in flow with the C4

So being that they don't make one bigger than the C4, can multiple C4s be used on a larger tank?

I don't see why not. It's a KILLER filter IMO. I was taken back by it actually.

Wow...that's really saying something and it seems you're very passionate about it...what makes it such a killer HOB?
