Aqueon or python Venturi piece.

I've noticed you can buy the aqueon Venturi tap fitting and wondering if you can buy the python equivalent or something similar from a DIY store?

You can buy the python equivalent or you could make one yourself from parts.

Considering that the python part costs $8 I have never had the heart to look into making one.

Thanks Dalto! Where can I get this? What is the trademark name? Blue something? I could make one but I'm lazy.
