Aqueon pro 50watt not wanting to heat

I recently bought an aqueon pro 50 watt heater for my 10 gallon. Ive been running it at 82 but the temp wont go higher than like 80.3.

Turned it up to 84 and still the same thing.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Regular, don't think there's a difference other than sheathing. I have it in a 20 long now, while it holds 80 fine it seems to always be running..

I'd guess the inability to administer a heat treatment for ich?? Or maybe it's a tiny hot tub for a duck or something
