Astro Professionel Filter - no instructions manual

Good morning all!

I read many reviews on the Astro Filter (was given to me), so I know the filter isn't very good and noisy, but for now, I still want to use it to clean the water of the newly set up 90 gallon tank. The water is very fuzzy and I don't want to unplug my protein skimmer from my other tank just yet.

I did everything I thought I needed to do to get it started, but it is not working when I plug it.

Does anyone have the instructions manual or at least can let me know how to start the thing?

I found some photos of that unit, and it looks like a direct knock-off of an Eheim Pro canister filter: Eheim GmbH & Co. KG | EHEIM professionel (GB)

Good morning Kurt,

I called the store that gave it to me and they told me to go back and they would change a piece that is actually broken. Good quality stuff!

I will ask them to tell me how the machine works at the same time, but I will most likely buy a Eheim for later. Heard it's a really good filter.
