40 pounds or so live rock
1 clown fish
1 purple firefish
1 scooter blenny
1 sea urchin
3 turbo snail
2 hermit crabs
2 emarald craps
pH 8, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 0, calcium 420, hardness 12, phosphate .25
my question is about my protein skimmer. it hasn't been skimming anything lately and i was wondering if this is due to my load? do i have to small of a bioload that it isnt skimming anything? at one point i had couple tangs temporarily and was skimming but now it has not been skimming anything lately for few weeks now? is there a way to make this skimmer more efficient?
