I have a Icecap 430 Ballast, brand new, and for some reason cannot get the thing to work. One light will flash and then go off. Have checked and double checked the wiring and think it is correct. I have enclosed some pics. Ignore the middle light as it is not hooked up and will not be used. Any suggestions would be appreciated as it is driving me crazy trying to troubleshoot. Thanks in advance.

hard to trace/check your wiring from pics. But, it's usually something simple. Make sure you have really good connections being made in the wire nuts.
