I just got a PC strip with 4 65w bulbs... two 10000ks and two atnics. Do I run them both in the daytime or do you do 10000ks in the day and atnics at night?

Run them both during the day otherwise your tank will be brightly lit 24/7. If you want a little night-time light go for moonlighting.

You can also have them both on in the day, then have the 10000k's shut off an hour before your actinics. I like to think of this as the evening, then have the actinics shut off, and then the moonlights come on. I have no idea, but I wonder if the fish like it better having the light gradually decrease in brightness? At any rate, it's kinda cool.
