Best filter for 15 gal tank?

I'm not a fan of HOT filters - looking canister. I have a cheap $30 filter on it now that isn't cutting it. Thanks for any advice.

I have a Fluval 205 on my 16g salt tank and I am very happy with it. The fact that you can adjust the flow is also very nice. You could also look into a Penn Plax Cascade 500. They are really reasonable and have a decent amount of room in the trays for media.
