Best Lighting Schedule?

I have a Kessil 160we

I'm curious on what's the best way to light the tank. I've seen that the best lighting is roughly 10-14 hours of light, is the blue light included in this or should I shut the light off completely?

I've left my intensity at about half way but from everything I've seen, I'm confused on whether the blue light is okay or if I should turn it off completely during the night hours.

I run my 160 from 3-11 ramping up from 5% to 30% and then back down to 5%. I'm growing sps under it this way in a 40 breeder

At the end do you turn off the light completely?

Yes. It's to bright even at 5%. So I give it full darkness

Thank you! Everywhere I've searched they've made it seem like switching to the blue light at night is good enough
