Bio Logic Filter??

I picked up a used 75g long tank yesterday and it came with this huge HOB filter that says on back Bio Logic I tryed to find something online seem not to be able to find anything, did anyone ever hear of this filter that can stear me in the right direction ??

took a few more pictures sorry i am new to aquariums so dont know much i believe the stuff in the little bags is carbon and do the balls act like a filter where is the filter media ??

the little black box in front looks like a skimmer almost like a pool skimmer no idea how to put this all together i think stuff is broken or missing

I am doomed i guess i look for a AquaClear or Ehiem Filter
