biowheel 350 on a 20g long?

Got a new biowheel 350 free yesterday. Think it would be overkill on a 20g long? Tank will have rams and already has some amano shrimp and a mountain fan shrimp(they love high current).

Edit: For anyone wondering..yes...yes it is too much.

It's going to move water, maybe do a bottle baffle and it could work
