Blue lights or white lights (bt anenome)

I Have a bt anenome and I want to get the best out of him.. At the moment I have a standard fluorescent I went to Lfs and they told me to get a white one... My mate said he would reccomend a blue and that the Lfs me and him go to would say white so more shot dies and I have to buy more any help would be great

I have a 75 gallon tank heres a pic

You are looking for par which is usually higher in white lights. You will need at the very least a good 6 t5 bulb set up to keep him happy.
