Broken latch fix? - magnum 350

Hi

one of the four latches on my marineland Magnum 350 is broken (the latch to secure the lid to the filter body). The fixture on the body cracked off but the body is still intact. That part that cracked off is lost so I cant replace it with glue (also I dont have the metal latch).

The filter leaks and doesnt fully siphon.

Has anyone got a way to fix this type of issue(hopefully something
that has worked for you or someone you know)?

It is Magnum Deluxe not the HOT, probably a few years old the plastic body with metal latches.

Thank you. SIncerely, ALex
