Building your own stand; how to do it?
Is there somewhere online that goes into detail about how to build your own stand??

If you know a carpenter they can help too. One of our best [acronym:8993bc8b5f="Local Fish Store"]LFS[/acronym:8993bc8b5f] has all of his aquariums on custom built stands made by his brother . . . who is a carpenter. Carpenters are good at building things to support and distribute weight.
Which is exactly what you need.
