Buying a used Protein Skimmer on Ebay

I was looking at an item that I thought looked pretty good.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...tem=3984757850

What do you all think? Does this guy seem pretty reasonable and reputable? Is the skimmer decent quality? Is this a good deal? Do you think he would screw me over?

I appreciate all the help everyone!!!

Seems like a decent deal if you can keep the price down. I would get a new pump though. Good luck!
