Can i use these leds for a 125g salt tank with coral and live rock .

I know the auction says fresh water but I am pretty sure this can go on a salt tank. Here is the link. http://Look at this on eBay:LED Hex .../bit.ly/Zxzo6F

Let me know what you all think... Thanks.

Do you plan on having a FOWLR or reef tank?

Not for coral. You want 3 watt leds and those are .2 of a watt. Too dim for coral.

I am going to have 2 of those lamps. And the dimensions of my tank are 72"x18x24. I would like to have coral. It would be 112watts

You can have 4 of those sitting on top of your tank and it won't help, the LEDs don't have the power (intensity) to penetrate the water column and have decent PAR readings.
