Okay, I'd like to know ways to hookup a chiller to my AQ. Do I have to run it through a prefilter? Should I use a dedicated pump or can I run it through my return. It more than likely would be a 1/10hp unit.

I was looking at chillers a few weeks ago and I found one model where you just put a coil straight into your sump, it looked like the easiest to set up. Other models looked like they needed to be plumbed into the overflow.

The one I have is an inline model and I wanted to know if I had to run it through a filter first.

No, you don't have to run it through a prefilter unless you expect a high "garbage" load to enter.
