Choice of new canister filter help

did you buy it yet? kensfish.com has the best price around on them that i can find. i would also look into the c360 too.... i have a few xp3 and xp3 filters and think they rock but i been hearing great things about the c360 and will be trying it out next time i go to buy a filter.

Yep, got the Rena XP4 and it seems to be a great filter by the looks of it. I am still deciding on how I want to restart my tank and how I want to aquascape it & what kind of fish I want to have. I want to go with a sand substrate and we have high PH water here so I have been thinking about african cichlids. If I decide to go other than africans, I will have to bring my PH down to neutral. I have seen those PH stabilizer products called "PROPER PH or something like that. one says 7.0 and claims to keep your water at exactly that 7.0. or other PH levels that are listed on different bottles.
