General question, I'm setting up a 5gal mini-bow tank with a Betta, and prob 2 guppies. Is a circulation pump neccesary? If so what is the gph to sauce of tank ratio? Thanks

No you don't need a powerhead aka circulation pump in a 5g.

Yes the filter is a HOB. I thought the guy at the store was b.s.ing me. Waste of $30 bucks but lesson learned. Got it before I joined here. I guess I can use it in my 25 gallon I want to start next. Thanks for the heads up
