My old but reliable siphon has grown lots of algae on the inside of the tubing over the years. It still works, but it's a little unsightly. Anyone have some tips on cleaning it?

Hot water n a bit o vineager?

Or is that vinegear..
vinegaer?
vinaeger?

Ah heck... the nasty stuff that passes for white vi-NA-GER..
That n water will clean it good...no soap!

(hot water removes most of my buildups in hoses etc so far..)
That and a good bit o finger rubbin..

altho that TB post has me all spoooooked...blasted terrists

i use a vinegar/water solution and a flex brush I got at the LFS that is made for cleaing the U tubes... works very well.
