Cleaning a used tank.

Hi I just bought a nuvo 38 mini and accessories from CL. I was wondering if there was anything else I should do after I cleaned the tank with vinegar. Can I add live sand and live rock now? I rinsed the tank with a water hose.

I would rinse it a few more times and do a 24 hour fill test on just to make sure everything is good with it

Thanks for the advice I actually had a problem with the wet dry sump compartment. There always a leak. I'm getting some silicone and sealing it right now.
