cleaning an old fw tank with vinegar

I may have posted this before, but how do you best clean an old fw tank and filter with vinegar? How do you mix the water/vinegar, and how and what do you rinse with?

I use vinegar straight out of the bottle, I dont dilute it. You just rinse with fresh water. There is nothing to it and it isnt complicated.
