I recently noticed that I am not getting really good foam/bubbles in my protien skimmer (MRC MR2). I'm also getting microbubbles in my outlet. A little research shows that the Beckett valve gets clogged. I bought this skimmer used, and I think I know how to rebuild this. I am having a hard time getting it apart. Am I taking this apart in the correct place? I am trying to unscrew it at this "coupler" but it is really stuck.
