Coil Denitrator - Aquarium Advice

Has anyone built this? Does it work?

I was wondering if I shouldnt try it but I am confused about how to hook it up, and would like to email someone that has built it before.

I had one but had marginal results. It was OK but not really impressed but that is [acronym:5998a1f4e4="In my opinion"]IMO[/acronym:5998a1f4e4]

Looks like a standard 'fuge setup. The pump draws water out of the tank, pumps it to the top of the device which is then scattered over the top of the tube, water trickles down biomedia and should be setup to where it is gravity fed back into the tank (probably into the fuge under your tank).
