So I'm all cycled, I have 2 clowns, 2 astreas, 2 turbos, an emerald crab and sea hare to start. Its a 75gal. I have 1880 gph of flow between filters and power heads. Currently I have marine land LEDs, the cheaper ones. Do I buy 3 kessil 350 tuna blues, or the reef capable marine land light bars? Do I have enough flow? And what is a good HOB skimmer?

The Marineland LEDs cannot sustain corals, even the ones that state they are reef capable. For corals, you can't be the TaoTronic Dimmable LED fixtures (TT-AL09). Anywhere from 150-180 on ebay.

For a HOB skimmer, the Remora line from AquaC is good, or the Reef Octopus BH-90.
