Coralife bulb went out; which replacement is the right one?

Here is the original strip I bought, and I have been very happy about it:

It contains two lights, one Colormax Full Spectrum and one 6700K T-5 (5/8 diameter) fluorescent lamp. I cannot find the right size for either of these at any local store. The bulbs seems quite small. The Colormax Full Spectrum is the one that burned out.

My question is, where do I find a replacement bulb? I cannot find it on bigalsonline, but it seems like it should be there. Should I buy another light? Perhaps just an entirely new strip?

You can probably fit any other 48" T5 bulb into that fixture if you cannot find the colormax bulbs.

Those ones linked look right on.
