Coralife Super Skimmer Needle Wheel Protein Skimmer - Aquarium Advice

All, I was looking into getting this. I have a 55G, what size should I buy:
65 Gallon 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" x 20-3/4" high 325 gph
125 Gallon 5" x 7-1/4" x 24-1/2" high 500 gph
220 Gallon 6" x 8" x 25-1/2" high 500 gph

Will this be set up like my fluvial canister, or does it have to HOB? Will I be able to put this in my cabinet, or in that set up will I need a sump?

I have the CSS 125 for my 75 and it works great. If you don't have a sump you must use it as a HOT. I have mine in my sump.
