Looks like it would work OK, I did the measurements and after taking some of the volume off (cause your not gonna run it full to the top) it's probably gonna be about 15g or 25% your gross tank volume. Should do fine.

Maybe it is just me and my DIY nature, but 300 bucks for that seems a little steep for a 20 gal tank and some dividers..

cpr products are always overpriced. Anyone that can work with acrylic will save more than buying from cpr
