Craigslist MH (...Odyssea?)

I know there is a ton of crap out there about Odyssea, but someone on CL is selling a 48" (2) 250w MH + T5 and 2 extra MH bulbs for $200 OBO. He said that ballasts were replaced by a friend and he thinks they are Icecap and he claims the only part that is Odyssea is the case. Here are the pictures he sent me (I'm not familiar with ballasts so not sure if it really is Icecap):

The ballasts in the photos are the piece of JUNK Odysea ballasts. They're complete junk, always burn out. The ballasts are the most important part. Sockets & bulbs are the least expensive part.
