Current USA Nova Extreme Pro BALLAST OR LIGHTS??

On my switch that operates the 2 blues lights. When you turn it on the blue lights blink real quick and go off. Take one bulb out and it will stay on. swap bulbs with the one that stays on and the light comes on with waves in it. Put both bulbs back in the dont come on.

So do I have a bad bulb or bad Ballast. Or is it bad fixture only 4 months old. I think I saw where they have a a year return policy though.

You might either have a Bad ballast or end Cap. I would check on there manufacturer warranty and see if it is still covered....

I would suspect a bad bulb. Can you switch the blue with the white?

I switch the 2 blue ones out one will work fine but the other one does the wavy motion but you can swap the postions of them and they do the oppiste which is really wierd

but either way 2 will not work at the same time

It sounds like the problem is following the bulb. Try a new bulb.

Now I just have to finds someone that has them in stock to order
