Difference between actinic and 20,000k t5ho bulbs

Just got my nova extreme pro 6x39w fixture and I think it's way too white. I was thinking of switching some bulbs to 20,000k bulbs, which are blue. Can anyone tell me what actinics are for and how they differ from 20,000ks? Thanks.

I think actinic bulbs are more for saltwater as in corals and inverts.

Yeah but is there a benefit, over having 20,000ks or something blue like that.
