Not sure if this is the right place to ask.

I'm looking for some DIY instructions on making your own water changer and faucet adapter. I already have some ideas but I'm looking for some examples or links.

Also, does anyone know the diameter of the hose for the Aqueon water changers (I expect most brands are the same aside from the obvious larger hoses)? I might just use one of their faucet adapters versus building one.

Thanks! :)

EDIT: For clarity.

I'm not sure of the diameter but I made one by just buying the actual faucet adapter (they sell it separately) and then I bought a hose used for running sprinklers and just used some connectors to run to the hose from my siphon. Whole thing probably cost $20-$25.

Just bring the faucet adapter to the hardware store to figure out the right diameter.
